3. Scope of Services

3.1 Legal Services for Real Estate Agents: Advice, document drafting, representation, and related counsel.
3.2 Information Products: Digital guides, templates, and training modules.
3.3 Goods: Physical materials such as printed guides or tools.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Clients arrange appointments via our contact form. All sessions are held at the address above or through agreed remote arrangements. Any change must be requested in writing.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for each service are specified in advance. Clients agree to pay all fees before commencement of work, delivery of digital content, or shipment of goods. Payment methods are detailed during checkout or in the service proposal.

6. Cancellations, Transfers, and Reimbursements

6.1 Legal Services

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Credits equal to the paid fee will apply to the new date.
• Late Cancellation: Notice given less than 48 hours before an appointment incurs full service fee.
• Provider Cancellation: If Revalen must cancel, clients may choose either a full reimbursement of the paid fee or a credit toward a future appointment. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within fourteen days of cancellation notice.

6.2 Information Products

• Pre-Access Reimbursement: Clients may request a reimbursement up to seven days after purchase, provided no download or access has occurred.
• Post-Access: After digital content has been accessed, no reimbursement is permitted due to the nature of electronic delivery.
• Processing: Approved reimbursements are issued via the original payment method within seven days of approval.

6.3 Goods

• Eligibility: Physical items may be sent back within fourteen days of receipt, in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
• Shipping: Clients cover the cost of shipping items back to Revalen’s address.
• Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursement of the paid fee is processed via the original payment method within fourteen days.

7. No Reimbursement Services

Certain expedited or bespoke legal services explicitly state “no reimbursement” at the time of engagement due to immediate startup of work and allocation of expert resources. Such services are clearly marked in proposals and on invoices.

8. Data Protection

We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver services. All information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Amendments

Revalen may revise these Terms of Service by posting an updated version on the website. Clients are responsible for reviewing changes. Continued use after amendment signifies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
